Carla J. Wieczorek, 68, of Sylvania, OH, died Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at Kingston Care Center of Sylvania. Born July 18, 1949, in Toledo, OH, she was the daughter of Walter and Virginia Michalski. She married Theodore Wieczorek on January 15, 1987. He preceded her in death on April 9, 2014. Carla was employed by the former K-Mart on Manhattan Blvd for over 25 years and most recently Shopper’s World. She enjoyed traveling, cats, decorating and spending time with her granddaughter.
Carla is survived by her loving son, Craig (Angie) Walczak and granddaughter, Cori. She was preceded in death by her sister, Judy.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, Monday, May 14, 2018, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Toledo Area Humane Society. www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
